Oh yes. The Great Tomahawk Steak! This is a BIG Boi! At1kg, it'll easily feed more than three people.

Pasture-Raised Cattle
Pasture-raised beef goes beyond just being grass-fed. The beef is sourced from cattle raised free range in a vast, pristine pasture. This is the new standard for high-quality beef. Raising cattle in this kind of environment ensures that the health benefits you receive from consuming this meat are maximized. 1kg contains about 110 megajoules (calorific value) and about 16% protein.
Serving Suggestion

Don't even think about not seasoning this monster. Generously apply your favorite spices and seasonings to up the flavor, but before applying, allow the steak some peace and quiet until it relaxes to room temperature. (About 30-40mins)

Wipe the excess moisture off from the surface, then lather it up once with some olive oil.
Start grilling this baby on low heat for about 8-9 mins. on both sides or to your desired doneness.
*The fat may ignite the fire, so lessen the amount of charcoal in the grill as much as possible and allow enough space between the meat and charcoal so as not to burn the meat.
After grilling both sides, move it over to a surface that doesn't have a lot of charcoal underneath, then place the lid on the grill.
Let it continue roasting for about 30-35mins. We're trying to create the same environment as in an oven with this method.
After taking it from the grill, wrap it in foil and allow it a bit more rest (about 15 mins.) for the finish.
