Compared to other meats, kangaroo is high in protein, minerals, Omega-3's and vitamins. And it's much leaner than its counterparts made of beef or pork. Actually, it's approved by the Australian Heart Foundation due to its extremely low levels of fat! A very healthy and economical alternative, if you ask me.
