DESCRIPTION
A BBQ set that allows you to fully enjoy authentic American BBQ! Brisket is a bit tough if you eat it as a steak, but if you cook it slowly, it will be very soft and delicious! Season the whole 800g cut with Meat Guy's original spice/sauce, and cook nice and slow to make the perfect brisket. Check the details below for more details on how to cook brisket.

BBQ Brisket recipe
【Ingredient】
B125A: Beef Brisket 800g
SP103SP: Brisket spice 45g
SP119: Meat guy BBQ source 120g
Bouillon cube 2 cubes
Boiled water 500ml
【Method/Instruction】
・Rub the oil onto the whole Beef brisket.
Then, sprinkle brisket spice and rub it in so that it blends in with whole.
・You can cook it with a Dutch Oven, Skillet or Oven(even with a frying pan or pan)
※in this case we use Dutch Oven.
・Grill the whole brisket until it is slightly browned.(medium heat~high heat)
・When the whole is browned, add half of the water and bouillon cube to the Dutch oven.
At that time, turn down the heat and put a lid on the oven. (Extremely low heat)
・After 30 minutes, check the inside of the oven and keep the about one third to half of brisket is soaked.
・As it already mentioned, check the inside of the oven every 30minutes and boil it for about 2 hours. ※after 1 hour boiling, turn brisket upside down.
・Boil it further while checking the elasticity of brisket.
. After boiling for at least 2hours and half add the BBQ source.
Mix the source thoroughly with the remaining water and meat fat in the pan.
※check the inside of the oven frequently so that the water has not run out at that point.
・Mix the source and meat thoroughly while keep the heat on low.
