DESCRIPTION

We marinate pork shoulder in salt koji.

We use rice koji, this tastes very Japanese which is perfect with rice. Of course, you can have it when you drink alcohol.

※It's cut based on the weight, some are thicker, some are thinner. Thank you for understanding.

Pre-seasoned. All you have to do is cook it thoroughly on frying pan.
