The is cut from the "Top Sirloin" or "Rump". Very flavorful although less tender than the other steak cuts. This is a great value. These are hand-cut so there is some variation in shape. (250g / package)


SERVING SUGGESTIONS

All you need is a sprinkle of our steak spice - for the ones who would like it more natural: Our sea salt.


We recommend you to cook this baby in a frying pan or on the grill


1. Let the raw steak breathe. Give it a few minutes in peace and quiet at room temperature.

2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.

3. Heat oil (preferably olive or canola) in the pan until hot.

4. Gently fry one side of the steak for two minutes at high temperature until browned.

5. Turn the steak over to fry the other side.

6. Cooking time depends on the doneness you prefer, we would recommend medium rare!

7. Cut steak diagonally into thin slices for extra tenderness.

7. Serve as is or with your favorite side dish.

和牛肉には無い、しっかりとした肉本来の旨味が味わえます。ステーキでも美味しいですが、ちょっと一手間かけてローストビーフにすると絶品です。解凍したお肉に塩胡椒して表面をフライパンでサッと焼き、100度のオーブンで30分焼きます。すぐにアルミホイルで包んで一時間ほど肉汁を落ち着かせたら、薄く切るだけ!お店で食べるよりも美味しいですよ。

糖質ダイエットを実践中で、毎日お肉を頂きます。これまでお肉は和牛と決めていましたが、流石に毎日の事なので安価で美味しく風味があるお肉を探していました。モモは固いかな?と不安でしたが、かなり安価なのでお願いしましたところ、柔らかい、美味しい!でビックリです。
私は、塩胡椒で焼き、焼き上がる寸前にしょうゆ、柚子で頂きます。
赤身なので毎日でも飽きません。めっちゃ美味しくて感激です!ちなみに私は日本の高級ブランド牛ばかり頂いていましたので、舌には絶対の自信があります。心より、お勧めします!
