Description
A big 1 kg bag of frozen raspberries. If you're looking for fresh frozen raspberries, The Meat Guy has got you covered. Like much of our fruit, when being preserved, each berry is handled carefully, trimmed and cleaned without the use of harmful chemicals.
Red Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C. Fruits, in general, also are high in water content, which will provide volume but not calories. That makes them a nice diet food.
Individually Quick Frozen (IQF)
Serving Suggestion
Use these for any kind of fresh or frozen dessert you like. They are great for healthy smoothies! You can even throw them in the blender with your favorite 500 yen a liter shochu for a healthy and refreshing summer pick-me-up/lay-me-down.
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪

-Guest2017/10/18The same size package as the blueberries, this is a generous portion of large raspberries. All were ripe. I use raspberries most mornings in a smoothy, along with the blueberries (available on this website), a banana, a handful of organic spinach, and one or two other fruits. I get a bag each of blueberries and raspberries every month right here on this website, and highly recommend both. They taste great! Raspberries are great for loosing weight due to their high fiber and relatively low sugar content, and can help regulate blood sugar - a plus for diabetics and pre-diabetics as well as those controlling weight - and have been studied as a cancer preventative in double-blind studies.
