The same size package as the blueberries, this is a generous portion of large raspberries. All were ripe. I use raspberries most mornings in a smoothy, along with the blueberries (available on this website), a banana, a handful of organic spinach, and one or two other fruits. I get a bag each of blueberries and raspberries every month right here on this website, and highly recommend both. They taste great! Raspberries are great for loosing weight due to their high fiber and relatively low sugar content, and can help regulate blood sugar - a plus for diabetics and pre-diabetics as well as those controlling weight - and have been studied as a cancer preventative in double-blind studies.
