A gift box set containing The Meat Guy's original pork orloff roast + original spicy sausage + hamburger steaks!

The Meat Guy's ready-to-cook French-style Pork Orloff roast. Bacon and cheese stuffed pork loin.
We use our own Austrian smoked bacon and white cheddar cheese and our own spices. Everything is hand-made at our processing plant in Nagoya, Japan.
Sunday roast, anyone? This one's good for about 5~6 people.

Our super juicy Hamburg Steak uses 100% grass-fed beef. Cut from the whole rump of beef (that's steak quality right there).
We only used potato starch for binder, and only seasoned with salt, pepper, and a few spices to really bring out that original meaty flavor.

We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick. They're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. You'll notice below we've gotten a comment from someone saying these are the “best sausages” they've ever eaten? We hear that a lot about these sausages.

※All products have not been pre-cooked, so please make sure to cook them through to the middle.
▼PORK ORLOFF ROAST
The roast will arrive frozen and pre-seasoned, so all you need to do is defrost it for at least 1 day and then roast in an oven for approx. 50 min. at 180 degrees Celcius.
Once done, loosely cover the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 min for juicier and tender meat.
This is very easy and recommended for any home party or dinner with friends.
▼SPICY SAUSAGES
We recommend cooking these in a frying pan or grilling the way it is (no added seasonings)! In doing so, you'll be able to enjoy the original natural taste of the sausages. Cook until the casing stretches out over the meat, and the inside is thoroughly cooked. It might take longer than a normal supermarket sausage, but it's well worth the wait!
▼BEEF HAMBURGER STEAK
These are already seasoned and shaped, all you have to do is toss them in your frying pan, add some olive oil and cook to the desired doneness. Pro tip: Flatten the burger a bit and lightly press the center to ensure that the hamburger cooks evenly. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, heat on low for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Turn it over and cover with lid. Steam for about 6-7 minutes. Stick a toothpick to the center of the hamburger steak. If a clear juice comes out, it's good! (Pink juices will come out when it's raw. Adjust the heating time depending on the results.)

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.
