Simply rub salt or The Meat Guy's Original Steak Spice and grill them.
Grass-Fed Beef doesn't have much fat. If you grill it welldone, it easily gets tough/hard.
We recommend cooking it Medium-rare.

"Grass-Fed Beef": The cattle/beef that are allowed to freely graze in a vast pasture and grow in a stress-free environment eating only grass. Eating grass means they walk/run freely which they don't feel much stress. The meat contains a lot of lean which you can enjoy the actual flavor/aroma of meat.
On the other hand, most of Wagyu or domestic beef that you often have in Japan are Grain-Fed. They eat mainly grains that causes them to have more fat-marbling.
