Be careful if you have kidsDan the man2022/12/26Adults lived it but kids didn't eat it because it was too spicy. May I suggest you have a heat level so buyers can know if it's spicy or not. I bought it for Christmas Dinner and it was upsetting that the kids couldn't enjoy it

Great meat, but too much saltGeorge2022/12/13The prep and cooking went perfectly and the meat on the inside was fantastic, but there was SO MUCH spice packed in and around the roast that it was way too salty. (The roast I received had a LOT more spice than pictured above.)
We cut off the outer crust and just ate the inside the best we could, but it was a shame for that much meat to go to waste. Maybe if there was the amount of spice as is pictured, it might have been ok, but the multiple tablespoons of spice packed into the cuts of the roast along with the cheese and bacon was just too much. -

DeliciousAndrew Flower2021/08/01Usually I'd be seasoning my own pork, but it was nice to just be able to throw this in the oven for an hour and a bit (crisped it up at a higher temp at the end).
Was really delicious. Perfect for my keto diet! -

Sybaritic splendorMike Lloret2019/01/13It's almost unjust that something that tastes so good should be so easy to prepare. The seasoning was just right, and the bacon-wrapped cheese sections were great both in taste/quality and in the competent way they had been inserted into the pork loin.
I'll definitely be ordering this again; it's richly delicious and simple to cook. Great value for the price, too!
If you have a convection-type oven you might find that 65 or 70 minutes may be sufficient rather than 90; mine was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly at 65 minutes. Checking with a meat thermometer is recommended.
I put some foil atop the roast for the last 15 minutes or so in the oven to prevent over-toasting the cheese; your mileage will vary on the need for that, I'd imagine.
I also set the roast on a sheet of cooking/baking paper to make retrieving the melted cheese easy: since it doesn't burn onto the roasting pan surface, you can take that toasty runoff cheese and put it back on top of the roast while you're letting it rest before serving, where it should get just firm enough to be deliciously crusty.
Cleaning the roasting pan is a lot easier, too, but that's a secondary consideration.
