List Review

全体で1kg超えの結構なボリュームです。
冷凍から冷蔵庫、室温1時間の後オーブンの段取り
で焼きましたが、冷蔵庫での解凍は2日ほどかかりました。

焼き方は書かれている通り、180度で90分。
中心温度は80度以上になってました。
アルミホイルで包んで20分。
ほとんど肉汁の流出はありませんでした。

タコ糸は不要とのことでしたが、こんもりした形にしたかったので
軽くタコ糸で縛って整形しました。
見た目はスパイスの色で激辛のように見えますが、
もっぱらパプリカの色のようで、唐辛子系の辛さはほとんど
感じませんでした。黒胡椒はかなり強く効いています。

肉そのものは脂肪分の少ないあっさりした肉なので
ベーコン、チーズの部分が一緒になると絶妙の
美味しさです。　切り分けるときにはベーコン、チーズが
できるだけ均等に行き渡るように注意が必要でした。
どう切ったらいいか、悩みどころです。

豪華で見栄えもいい一品（しかも焼くだけ）なので
ホームパーティーや家庭の御馳走にぴったりだと
思います。（夕食に3人で全部食べてしまいましたが）

I wasn't quite sure how this one would play out, but I knew it would be great, and it was. My cooking time differed slightly as I use a Japanese microwave oven (had to cook it longer and cover the top with foil for part), but the combination of cheese, bacon, and pork was fantastic. The seasoning is also excellent. I will be ordering this one again after a few workouts. :)

I have ordered many things that I liked but this is the most amazing thing I have tasted in forever! So easy to prepare and sooo delicious! I am back to order a second one

Had this for dinner tonight, it was amazing! Loved the slightly spicy seasoning and the pork was tender and juicy. Did I mention the bacon and cheese? Heaven! The only downside was that I should have ordered two.

This was amazing. I sliced up some potatoes and onions, tossed them in olive oil with sea salt and cracked black pepper, and then put the roast on top in a baking dish. Didn't do anything to the roast and followed the directions (180c, 90 minutes) to the letter and it came out great. The only change I might make next time is to add some sage and rosemary to the potatoes, but this was a wonderful meal.

We've had this 2 or 3 times now and it is so SO good ,so easy,and real value for money! So good in fact, that I don't actually know why I'm letting everyone know.My family likes it with mashed potatoes and steamed veg or a green salad.And now I'm hungry;)
