おいしいです初回購入してから、ローストビーフを作る際にはこちらのお肉を買っています。
しっかりめに火を通しても柔らかく、大変おいしいです。

開いてドデカステーキ大興奮写真の通りの塊肉で来ました。
途中まで半分包丁を入れて
開いてそのままグリルして
焼きました。
寝かせる時間が短くて肉汁
やや落ち着かないまま食べましたが

-Great cut of beef for a roast for 2-4 people. Cut off the bag left uncovered for one day in the fridge, 3 hours prior took out from the fridge, seared in hot pan, then added to oven, hottest it can go for less than 30 minutes until 44c in the middle, took out uncovered and left to rest as long as it cooked. Was evenly pink and amazing flavor. Fantastic cut would recommend.

味はよしお肉自体の味はよかったのですが、形が微妙でした。
写真にあるような塊肉ではなく、ひらべったい感じで筋からお肉も剥がれていました。
ローストビーフにしたのですが、焼きづらかったです。Posted on
