Some call it back bacon, others Canadian Bacon, others prefer Pea Meal Bacon, although there are no peas in bacon. Our baby’s Back Bacon is a lean pork loin, cured with sea salt and our own special blend of spices, then rolled in cornmeal. Your breakfast plate will thank you.
Like all of our in-house products, this bacon has no added nitrates or preservatives, no artificial ingredients, and no sugar. That gives it a natural savory, salty taste that you won’t find in mass production bacon.
Note: This product takes one week to cure so sometimes when we are sold out it, delivery may take longer than usual.
All you need is some oil and a frying pan.
Cook the slices for a few seconds until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and enjoy with eggs and toast for breakfast.
