Armanino Foods

In the latter half of the 1800s, the Armanino family traveled from the Genoa in northern Italy to California, USA bringing with them a little taste of Italy.
For many years, they have been dedicated to producing fresh herbs and vegetables. In 1987, they founded Armanino Foods in San Francisco.
Now, they are the leading supplier of frozen pestos in the United States.
Armanino's products fit perfectly into our modern lifestyle, giving us the opportunity to taste traditional Italian flavors without the hassle of having to make it from scratch.
Armanino Foods always use carefully selected raw materials, are manufactured with the highest priority on quality control, and meet all the industry standards of USDA (US Department of Agriculture) and FDA (US Food and Drug Administration). HACCP is also flawless.

Transfer the amount that you will consume in a separate container and thaw it in the refrigerator.
Thawing the whole pack/cup in the fridge takes about 8-9 hours.
If you are in a hurry, ice water thawing is also a safe option. This should take about an hour.
※Please avoid thawing at room temperature.

The flavor is just strong and wonderful.
  • Goes well with so many things!
Until I found this, I had not had pesto for more than a decade and a half.
Now that I have it I have used it on English muffins, on sandwiches, dropped a dollop on rice, and more.

The flavor reminds me of home. :D

  • Great pesto
Love this pesto. Really fresh basil flavour. It's the real deal!
  • Basil pesto
My daughter has nut allergies so it was difficult to find pesto that didn’t contain pine nuts but after finding this product on meat guy years back it’s been our household staple. One thing I do wish that could be better is if they used Extra virgin olive oil vs Canola oil even if they have to charge a bit more.
