THAWING

Transfer the amount that you will consume in a separate container and thaw it in the refrigerator.
Thawing the whole pack/cup in the fridge takes about 8-9 hours.
If you are in a hurry, cold/ice water thawing is also a safe option. This should take about an hour.

このペーストはよいものです。日本で手に入るほとんどのガーリックの加工品が一部の人の舌と鼻には気難しい余計な風味を保存料のために持ちますが、このペーストは違います。にんにく、油、塩、胡椒、ほんとうにそれだけです。TMGは冷凍販売が主体なのでこのシンプルな素材の風味の製品をうまく流通できるのでしょう。ありがとうTMG。もちろん、生のにんにくに比べると風味はやや劣りますが風味を楽しむには十分な程度には残されていますし、刻まれたローストガーリックを準備する手間を大きく省略できる便利アイテムです。バゲットに塗って焼いて"ガーリック・フランス"にしたり、TMGのステーキに乗せたり。このペーストは薄味好きでなければ調理時にもうひと工夫、お好みのスパイスやハーブと組み合わせたり、醤油を組み合わせたりするとソースとして完成します。
