From the beautiful environments of New Zealand, we have prepared Lamb tongue, just for you! 
You won't find these at your local suupaa *Wink Wink*. 

Remember, Just like kissing is “first base”, if you are eating this part as a yaki-niku meal, then you should always have tongue as the first course.

◆What Does Lamb Tongue Taste Like?
When comparing it to beef tongue, its a bit more juicier. 

It still has that usual lamb aroma and special flavor to boot!
Don't be afraid to try something new! 

◆But What about The Texture?
A little bit softer than your average gizzard and crips nicely!

Serving Suggestion

※If you plan to throw these on a BBQ, the meat will shrink when heated. A suggestion is to wrap them in aluminum foil and to be sure they dont fall in between the grill rack.  
※Also, allow it to come to room temperature before cooking. This will help with even cooking. You can enjoy it piping hot right after!

◆Simply Grill
After thawing of course, with a little bit of oil, grill them in the frying pan. 
It'll get cripsy quick, pay close attention!
We recommend medium rare. 

◆Lamb with Skewer Sticks!
These also go great with bamboo skewer sticks! 
With a bit of family and friends, they go great for a mini BBQ!

◆Lamb Tongue Stew
Lamb is great for a stew with your favorite vegetables.

    どんな味かと思ってたけど、そんなにラム臭くないけど、ほのかにラムの味!おいしかったです。書いてある通り砂肝ほどコリコリはしてないですが牛タンよりは柔らかく食べやすかったです。結構お気に入りです(^^)/
