Mutton Spare Ribs from New Zealand. Unlike lamb meat, you might think Mutton has strong gamey-flavor/smell. But our Mutton has less gamey-flavor than others which many people love!
This is very rare in Japan! It is not sold often since it has so much fat. But our Mutton doesn't have strong gamey-flavor and even fat tastes delish. That's why we decided to sell this!
It has a good amount of Mutton-aroma and savory fat, our staffs loved this cut when we sample-tested!
