If you've never tried roo, or had some and didn't like it, then you should sit down before trying these, you'll be knocked on your tail, jumping for joy, bouncing with delight! (Sorry that's all the bad kangaroo jokes we could come up with).
We use directly imported kangaroo rump meat for the spiced cubes. The rump part of the kangaroo is very tender.
We recommend mixing kangaroo cubes with paprika and tomatoes. Keep it simple to let your guests taste what real high-quality kangaroo meat tastes like. With one pack you can either make 6 kangaroo meat only skewers or 10 skewers mixed with veggies. You can cut the cubes smaller if you like. Simply throw on the grill or into the frying pan for a couple of minutes. Serve. They are pre-spiced. For best results, cook just to medium rare. Kangaroo meat is very lean so it cooks faster than other meats.
