DESCRIPTION

Nothing quite as good as bone-in steaks! L-bone steak, spicy sausages, and roast beef, all in one beautiful gift set! This will definitely impress your special someone!

▼GRASS-FED BEEF L BONE STEAK 400G

This is the real deal! Enjoy both fillet and striploin cuts in one steak! Of course, like most of our beef selections, this one's grass-fed! Packed with rich lean meat, and very little fat, this steak is great for those who are trying to be more health-conscious. It's pretty much all lean, but don't worry. It's nice and soft. Plus, that bone in the steak will prevent it from shrinking when cooked.

▼ SPICY SAUSAGE AKA. ITALIAN SALSICCA SAUSAGE 5pcs.(80g×5pcs.)

We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick. They're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. You'll notice below we've gotten a comment from someone saying these are the “best sausages” they've ever eaten? We hear that a lot about these sausages.

▼GRASS-FED ROAST BEEF 200g×2pcs.

This roast beef uses the grass-fed beef from New Zealand that you all know and love. 100% grass-fed, free-range, and delicious! We remove the excess fat from the inner thigh or topside of the beef, season with French Guérande salt and pepper, and finally bake it carefully. To thoroughly enjoy the beautiful flavors of the exquisite meat, we only seasoned this with salt and pepper.

▼SAUCE 50g×2pcs.

A sauce that you can use for both roast beef or steak!

SERVING SUGGESTION

≫≫How to cook thick steaks≪≪

▼GRASS-FED BEEF L BONE STEAK 400G Cook it like you would your favorite steak. We recommend seasoning with our original steak spice and grilling it or cooking it in a frying pan to medium rare.
▼ SPICY SAUSAGES
We recommend cooking these in a frying pan or grilling the way it is (no added seasonings)! In doing so, you'll be able to enjoy the original natural taste of the sausages. Cook until the casing stretches out over the meat, and the inside is thoroughly cooked. It might take longer than a normal supermarket sausage, but it's well worth the wait!

▼ ROAST BEEF 200g×2pcs.

Since it's already been cooked, all you gotta do is slice it thin, and gobble it up!
Slice it up with a well sharpened knife. About 2-3mm is the best thickness.
Try it out first as is, without any sauces to experience the beautiful flavor of the meat!
After that, you can use the included sauce and even add wasabi (if you can handle it).

IN DEPTH

▼Roast Beef

Grass-fed beef, as the name suggests, is beef that's been raised on a grass-only diet. Unlike most beef eaten in Japan (like Wagyu or grain-fed beef,) these cows are allowed to freely graze in an open pasture, giving them a nice, stress-free environment to live in. The meat from these cows is lean and nutritious... not to mention, delicious!

THAWING

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.
