The ever popular striploin in a 500g block. Perfect for grilling whole and carving. This is one of our most popular items, it's easy to cook, super tasty, and really fun to serve as a single steak. My recommendation: coat with our famous Stake Seasoning then throw it on the grill, first searing over direct heat then cooking off to the side. Should take about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how hot your grill gets.
If you like you can cut the block into smaller steaks for the grill. All you need is a sprinkle of our "Stake Spice" - for the ones who would like it more natural: Our sea salt. Find the items at the bottom of the page under related items.

The expiration date of this block will be about three to four days after delivery. Please eat one to two days after opening. If you're going to freeze this, we recommend cutting the block into the sizes you think you'll need beforehand. Try not to let the striploin block out in the open air for too long and put it in an airtight bag to freeze as soon as you can. This striploin block is from Australia (grass-fed beef), is never frozen and is specially cut every day for just the amount of orders we have. Then they're quickly packed up and shipped straight to you.
