We created this item for the sole purpose of writing something like "Taste The Meat Guy's Meat Balls" - without fearing hate emails! Yes, totally worth it. You get all natural meatballs, made from fresh and never frozen pork leg and from fresh and never frozen beef silverside. We add some fresh and all natural spices and create meatballs of 250gx15 separately vacuum packed packs. .
The meatballs are not cooked and delivered raw. Please see cooking instructions below.
Serving Suggestion
Please note that cooking time varies if the meatballs are thawed out first. We recommend cooking from a frozen state.
Put the desired amount of meatballs into a vacuum plastic pack and cook in boiling water. 6 minutes cooking and 4 minutes resting seems to be the magic number.
Meatballs taste great with spaghetti. Especially kids love them.
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪
