We created this item for the purpose of write something like "Taste The Meat Guy's Meat Balls" - without fearing hate emails! Yes, totally worth it.
You get all natural meatballs, made from fresh and never frozen pork leg and from fresh and never frozen beef silverside. We add all natural spices and create meatballs of approx. 18g size, vacuum into 220g packs and freeze it for you. One pack contains approx. 14 meatballs. You can cook them as they are inside the sealed pack which is very convenient, see below for instructions.
Please note that cooking time varies if the meatballs are thawed out first. We recommend cooking from a frozen state.
Place the sealed frozen (!) meatballs as is into a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes, a lid is not required but please make sure the pack is fully submerged in water. After this turn off heat and let it rest inside water for 4 minutes. Don't overcook as that will reduce the juiciness. Once done take out of water tear open the pack a bit to let some of the excess juice drains. Serve. Meatballs taste great with spaghetti. Especially kids love them.
