DESCRIPTION
The gift box is packed with three special items: The Meat Guy's original homemade bacon, slightly sweet maple sausages, and slow-cooked roast beef!
Is there any better way to express your love than with a meaty gift box?
(※The homemade bacon and sausages are neither pre-cooked or pre-heated, so make sure to cook them thoroughly to the inside before consuming.)
The homemade bacon uses pork loin, which isn't a very common cut used for bacon... but you can then cut this thick and have delicious pork cutlets!
The maple sausages have a slightly sweet taste, great for a meaty breakfast!
The slow-cooked roast beef uses grass-fed beef, and can be consumed after thawing! It also comes with a special sauce.
Make someone's day by gifting them this homemade meats set!♪
▼SET CONTENTS
・maple syrup sausage 240g (8 pcs.)
・Roast beef 200g
・Homemade bacon 500g
Comes in a Meat Guy gift box.
SERVING SUGGESTION
▼Maple Sausages
This product has not been pre-cooked, so please make sure to cook it through to the middle.
We recommend cooking these in a frying pan or grilling the way it is (no added seasonings)! In doing so, you'll be able to enjoy the original natural taste of the sausages. Cook until the casing stretches out over the meat, and the inside is thoroughly cooked. It might take longer than a normal supermarket sausage, but it's well worth the wait!
▼Homemade Bacon
※This product is completely raw, so please make sure to cook it thoroughly before consuming.
・Cut it into small chunks and use for pot-au-feu.
・Slice it thick and cook as a steak.
・Slice it thin and cook crispy bacon. Use for salad topping.
・Pair with some toast for breakfast.
▼Roast Beef
Since it's already been cooked, all you gotta do is slice it thin, and gobble it up!
Slice it up with a well sharpened knife. About 2-3mm is the best thickness.
Try it out first as is, without any sauces to experience the beautiful flavor of the meat!
After that, you can use the included sauce and even add wasabi (if you can handle it).
IN DEPTH
▼Roast Beef
Grass-fed beef, as the name suggests, is beef that's been raised on a grass-only diet. Unlike most beef eaten in Japan (like Wagyu or grain-fed beef,) these cows are allowed to freely graze in an open pasture, giving them a nice, stress-free environment to live in. The meat from these cows is lean and nutritious... not to mention, delicious!
THAWING
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.
