Fantastic meat alternativeI'm a lifelong carnivore trying to eat less meat for health reasons, and I figured I'd give this a try. It is absolutely fantastic! I've used it in chili, taco meat, and döner kebabs and it just never disappoints. I really hope that themeatguy.jp gets some of their other products in stock soon because I'm quite keen to try them!

おいしい！厚揚げとオムニミートを甘辛く煮て七味かけて食べたら簡単なご飯なのに美味しくて幸せでした（笑）ただ、いつも袋からうまくきれいに全部を取り切れなくてモヤモヤ。。缶とか？でもいいのかな、と。普通にスーパーやKALDIのような専門店で買える日がくることを願います。お肉を食べなくても、美味しい食事、レシピがたくさんあること、すごく嬉しいことです。
