To get rid of the distinctive smell of chicken, SAISAI-DORI eat non-animal protein feed in the latter term and NO Antibiotics.
AND, they get Vitamin E from their finishing feed.
They're vaccinated when in rearing period but their feed and water have NO Antibiotics or Synthetic Antibacterials.

※During the shipment process, the frozen products may rub together in the box and develop small holes in the packaging due to friction. The product has been vacuum-sealed during production. Even if there is a leak caused by friction, as long as the packaging is properly sealed, there shouldn't be an issue with the quality of the product.


This product doesn't have the distinctive smell of chicken and it's juicy. (Enjoy it while it's warm and fresh)

☆Chicken Breast Recipe☆
<Garlic Chicken with Avocado>
INGREDIENTS (4 people)

Chicken Breast: 2 pcs, Garlic: 4 cloves, The Meat Guy Original Spice: 1 tbsp, Salt: 1 tsp, Sake: 1 tbsp, Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp (2 tbsp if you like), Olive Oil: 2 tbsp, Avocado: 1, Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp, Wasabi: preference, Katakuriko: 4 tbsp
1. Take skin off meat, cut it into cubes. Season it with 1 tbsp of TMG Original Spice(If you don't have it use salt, thyme, or some herbs you like), Salt, Sake, and Soy Sauce.
2 .Add Olive Oil to frying pan, put chopped garlic into it then turn on heat. (Make sure it won't get burned)
3 .Add Katakuriko to 1., then stir-fry on low-medium heat. Don't stir too hard, try to fry meat on garlic slowly. Garlic sticks to meat.
4 .Once it's cooked enough, brown it on high heat. Right before it's finished, make topping with chopped Avocado, Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce, and Wasabi. Then mash Avocado lightly and mix all of them together in frying pan. It's DONE! If you love richer and deeper flavor, add more Mayo and Avocado.
