The perfect gift set for the holiday season. Two blocks of chilled meat. The set contains a 800g of rib roast and a 1kg block from the strip loin. Both are 100% grass-fed beef and never frozen. These can be used to cut steaks or as a whole roast.

Serving Suggestion
We recommend cutting the striploin block into steaks and to use the rib roast as a prime rib roast.

This set comes chilled. However, if you select frozen shipment (combine frozen and chilled shipment into one parcel) then you need to thaw this item. The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪
