Description
Smoke powder comes in a wide mouth and high quality jar with air-tight lid.
Add a little smoke flavor to your life! This is a powdered version of the popular liquid smoke - natural hickory smoke, made by percolating smoke through water, then spray drying. Finally, it's mixed with maltodextrin to make a powder.

Serving Suggestion
In sauces, use about 1-3 grams per kilogram.
Used in small amounts, it adds a rich smoke flavor that can make any meal taste like it had spent hours in the smoker. So if you like the taste of barbeque, you will love this powder!
Add a little to hamburger meat or chicken for a heartier flavor.

This is an excellent substitute when making my barbecue ribs at home. Throw it in the pressure cooker with the other goodies. Does the job great. I won’t be buying liquid smoke again. This stuff is just as good and affordable.

Definitely recommend this!Tara Fleming2022/11/14I use it in dry rubs and pasty marinades for my roasts. It’s one of the best - if not THE BEST - version out on the market that I’ve yet tried. I also have some hickory liquid smoke from a well known brand and if I was to do a comparison, this one wins with a landslide. A definite repeat purchase for me.

Wow!Thomas2021/11/05This stuff is potent! I tried it last night for the first time and I can still taste it this morning. Super delicious, super authentic tasting BBQ smoke. A little bit goes a long way! I think one jar of this will last months for most people. For me, more likely one week. Haha

Smoke without SmokeMike2018/09/12I got this the other day and have been waiting to try it. It smells so good. I have used liquid smoke in the past to enhance the flavor of BBQ on a gas grill. This is the first time using a powder. It is strong. A little goes a long way. For my ribeye steaks, I use just a small pinch on each side along with some salt (sold here) and fresh ground pepper. DON'T overuse this powder smoke, just a little will do. rub into steaks and cook. It's like BBQ in a frypan. LOVE IT!!!! I would recommend to anyone who loves BBQ but can not grill outdoors.

風味もいいがsuna2018/04/08以前の袋入りよりは保存性はよくなっていますが、冷凍保存したほうがいいです。粒子が細かいのか、水分を吸ってがちがちになりすぐに使えなくなります。冷凍すれば、すごく使える商品だと思います。
