Description
Cumin seeds come in a wide mouth and high quality jar with air-tight lid. Cumin seeds are an excellent source of iron, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin B1. Also, they improve digestion a lot and can have a calming effect on the stomach.
