Cooked in butter and garlic, seasoned with sea salt, black and red pepper, medium rare!

A nice cut of ribeye; bought on special and I will definitely be purchasing again. Very full flavour and a nice grain ti the meat, much like a T-bone. I cooked it to a nice medium-rare and it was juice and tender - perfect!
