肉がそんなに厚く無かったので、分厚いステーキと薄めのステーキの焼き方をネットで検索して、イメージを作ってから焼きました。筋切りは過剰な程にやっておくと、筋脂身部分も取り除く必要がなく、美味しく食べられました。
A sure bet! 確実な選択！

If you're missing the taste of an Aussie steak, this will really satisfy! Be sure to cook it in plenty of beef tallow (can be obtained for free in supermarkets).

ステーキ丼にして2回に分けて頂きました。
1回目は袋のまま鍋に入れて低温調理で、2回目はフライパンで焼きました。フライパンで普通に焼く方が美味しく感じました。今度はサーロインステーキを試します。
