These offcuts are great value and very versatile. Great meat at a great price!

I loved the flavor and tenderness that I got out of these in the grill and in stews. I know why they’re called “off-cuts”, but it definitely shouldn’t turn you away from how delicious these guys are. Worth it! Yum!

I bought three packages of these off-cuts on sale for a very reasonable price. We cooked 250 grams of these the other day in a skillet, with a simple salt and pepper rub. Absolutely delicious! Will buy again.

These bites are very nice. Cooked in a bit of butter, seasoned with salt and black pepper. I like these a lot.

Always tender and juicy, ideal for a special occasion!

家で簡単に調味料と炒めて生クリーム多めでさっと煮込んで食べるタイプのハヤシライスにしようと購入した。まあまあボリュームのある肉で、普通の薄切り肉と同じようなタイムテーブルで作ればいいのか迷った。まあ、適当にやってみてだめならその時に調整するかと作ったが、ソースと馴染んだ食感で美味しく出来た。

Easy to cook because it's pre-cut.
The meat is soft but doesn't have big chunks of fat attached to it which was amazing and made it so much easier to work with (I prefer lean meat).
Will definitely buy again :)
