ヘット主婦2017/12/29細かく切った牛脂を1Lの水とグツグツ煮てから、冷まして固まった脂を取り出します。炒めものはもちろん、スープにちょい足ししたり、そのままかじったり。美味しいです。
残った牛脂カスは醤油ベースの甘辛ダレとピーマンで炒めて丼にして食べちゃいます!最高!
