Absolutely delicious! This is a generously-sized portion of beef - lasts 2 people 3 days, if cut into 3 portions. This is now my favorite beef order with the Meat Guy. I cook it in a pressure cooker with a little water and soy sauce for 45 minutes, but it could be cooked in a pressure cooker for a shorter period of time. Try it once for a special treat - you won`t be sorry!
