Are they Antibiotic-Free / Hormone-Free / Vaccine-Free?They are usually raised without any Antibiotics, Hormones, or Vaccines. For Grass-Fed Beef from Australia, antibiotics are only sometimes used on some cows due to their health condition. Even if they are used, cattle will have to go through washout period then get exported to Japan. Even after arriving in Japan, they go through strict inspections to check if there is any residue of medicines then finally get shipped to our company.

Do they eat any GMOs?No, they don't. Genetically Modified Organism is usually used for Grain. However, Grass-Fed Beef eat only natural Grass, so they don't eat GMOs.

What is the Difference between Grass-Fed Beef and Normal Beef (Grain-Feds)?They get to move around freely on a vast pasture which makes them less fatty and more lean. Also, the lean part is more thick and dense which you can feel the comfortable chewiness of lean part. Compared to Grain-Feds, Grass-Feds have more strong meaty flavor and aroma.

A great dinner
Very flavorful and I much liked the degree of tenderness, it definitely made for a superb dinner at the end of my work day. I don't eat much in the way of carbs, so the main course of meat with some veggies is especially important to me to get a full meal, which this sized steak provides . I definitely will be ordering this again.

I loved the flavor and tenderness that I got out of these in the grill and in stews. I know why they’re called “off-cuts”, but it definitely shouldn’t turn you away from how delicious these guys are. Worth it! Yum!

The ground beef was delicious. After purchasing and seeing it, I was looking at the ground beef sold at the market, and there is no comparison in quality looking meat to what I purchased here. A little salt and pepper is all that I added to make an outstanding burger. Very tender beef without a lot of greasy fat.

I bought three packages of these off-cuts on sale for a very reasonable price. We cooked 250 grams of these the other day in a skillet, with a simple salt and pepper rub. Absolutely delicious! Will buy again.
