Kangaroo Burgers are the bestIts hard to find Kangaroo meat over here so I'm so glad the meat guy stocks it!! I love these in a burger but they are also excellent if making a rich meaty bolognese sauce (when broken up) or a cassoulet!! Perfect for adding that richness and gamey flavor. My son loves them!!

Over-seasonedTasty enough, but somebody got quite heavy-handed with the thyme, and it overpowered all the other flavours. Thinking I might just buy kangaroo mince and make my own patties in future.

2枚を張り合わせて横壁をなすって厚み出して焼いている。

Tasty!I bought these on a lark and found that the burger is tasty and juicy. I pan fried it on medium heat in some olive oil, covered. Flipped it once and put it on The Meat Guy's burger buns with some lettuce -- not even salt and pepper. It's got a lot of flavor. I'll buy it again.
