Hamburger delight!
The ground beef was delicious. After purchasing and seeing it, I was looking at the ground beef sold at the market, and there is no comparison in quality looking meat to what I purchased here. A little salt and pepper is all that I added to make an outstanding burger. Very tender beef without a lot of greasy fat.
Put some bbq sauce in some water and slow cook these babies in the oven for a couple of hours. Then take em out and brush on some more bbq sauce and finish under the grill or on the bbq. Very good.

Meatballs
Despite being a bit fatty this made excellent meatballs for a spicy Italian spaghetti sauce. Dare I say "That's a spicy meat a ball" (apologies for 60s reference).

Stove Top Pressure Cooker Directions
• Place corned beef in the pressure cooker. Cover beef with water.
• If you want – add onions, potatoes, and or cabbage to the pot before cooking.
• Place lid on pressure cooker.
• Cook over high heat until it reaches high pressure. Lower flame and stabilize pressure. Cook for 40 minutes.
• Stop flame.
• Wait.
• After the pressure releases, put the corned beef on a plate.
• Wait.
• Slice.
• Eat.

CROCK POT-A-LICIOUS!
Decided to cook this in cognac with onions, carrots and potatoes on low for 6 hours in my crock pot. Very delicious, with only 1 tablespoon of fat to be skimmed off. It's a meaty meat, so the cognac gravy was the perfect compliment to this cut's rough texture.
