Nicky's Take
Using grass-fed beef patties will result in burgers that aren't too heavy!
You can get a more authentic American flavor using The Meat Guy's original BBQ sauce!
Directions
-
Thaw the patties ahead of time. Season the thawed patties with salt & pepper, then cook in a frying pan.*Make sure that the meat is thoroughly cooked all the way to the center.
-
Set the patties aside, cut the buns in half, and lightly toast them in the same pan. Once toasted, apply butter.
-
Assemble the burger. Start with the bottom bun, then the patty, then BBQ sauce.
-
Next, place your favorite vegetables and cheese.
-
Check the balance, then place the top bun. Place a toothpick through the center of the burger to keep it intact.

Favorite Meat Dish: beef tongue
100% grass-fed beef patties and sesame buns are the perfect combo! The smoky BBQ sauce also adds a nice, rich flavor. This is a burger for grown-ups!

Favorite Meat Dish: Torisashi
The patty is so good!!! It's so meaty, that it reminds me that burgers are also a meat dish! The buns are toasted, so they are crispy and also soak up all that meatiness! So luxurious!

Favorite Meat Dish: prime rib
Tastes just like it came from a hamburger specialty store! It's got volume, but the meat is somehow not too heavy, so I can eat 2! Add curly fries on the side, and you can probably start your own shop!
