Nicky's Take

  • 6mm coarsely-ground 100% beef mince is packed with lean meat and oh so healthy!

  • Spices and avocado are already included in the set, so all you have to prepare are your favorite veggies!

Directions

  1. ① Dice the onion and fry them in a pan.

  2. ② When the onions are heated, add 2 tbsp. each of the cumin and paprika, along with the garlic paste. Mix well.*If you're not a fan of spice, adjust the amount of paprika.

  3. ③ Add a bit of water and bring to a simmer. Add 1/2 a can of jalapeños.*If you're not a fan of spice, adjust the amount of jalapeños.

  4. ④ Once the onions are translucent, add the minced meat. Season with salt to taste, and cook while crumbling the meat apart.*Make sure that the meat is thoroughly cooked all the way to the center.

  5. ⑤ To make the guacamole, mash the avocados, add the garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and mix well.

  6. ⑥ Time to assemble the taco! Spread some guac on the tortilla, then add lettuce and meat. That's it!

  7. ⑦ You can also roll it up like a burrito if you like. Fold the left and right sides inwards, then roll from the bottom. Done!
