ほぼ毎回このスパイスをつけて食べていますが、飽きる事もなくこの食べ方が一番好きです。また無くなったらリピします！ -
ラム肉 ス・テ・キmasa2022/01/24年末にクリスマスとお正月のチキンやローストビーフ用のお肉を注文した際に、一緒にラム肉の塊とこのラブスパイスも頼んでいました。
先日ジンギスカン用に切り分けた際、ステーキにもと残しておき、このラブスパイスと一緒にローストしましたが、香りと丁度良い塩味が最高にラム肉を仕上げてくれました。
プリプリとしたラム肉にマッチしますよ。
また次の注文が楽しみです。 -

PerfectionChris2020/05/25This spice used to be included with the racks. I liked it so much and asked TMG to sell it separately - and here it is! Rub your cutlets in this and let rest for a while before pan frying in an olive oil/butter mix. Not too much butter - it may burn. You could also use it with panko (crumbs).
