Very nice specialCaintuck2024/02/28The package arrived promptly, as usual. I bought this special mainly because we wanted to try the ground beef as hamburgers and the Kinsou-dori chicken. The hamburgers were delicious. We cut up the chicken breasts and cooked them in a cream stew. The meat was very tasty and moist. Looking forward to eating the chicken thighs, hopefully grilled. Of course, the ribeye steak, medium rare, was perfect in taste and texture.

それぞれの肉についてバラで凍結されていればもっと使い勝手がよかったと思います。
例えば、鳥もも肉は1kgがまるごと凍結されているので、一度解凍したら短期間で使用しないと傷んでしまいます。少しづつ使えるようになっていたらいいなと思いました。
でも、コスパは抜群です。肉も美味しいです！
