Classic British-style sausages
These are straightforward British-style sausages, and taste like a normal UK supermarket brand (decent quality, not the cheap ones). We cook them baked in a Pyrex dish or fried in a closed pan, because we don't want to mess the grill up too much, but that's not to say they produce an unusual amount of fat (they seem to be good quality)

Perfect for a warming winter stew
Yeah, I know it sounds strange, and these sausages are nice on their own but they're awesome in "Salsiccia e fagioli" (sausage and bean stew, Italian style). Fry the sausages and slice, add garlic and maybe cannellini beans, tomatoes (canned is fine) and some paprika, and you have a warming winter stew with a nice kick.

Sous vide it!
These little babies done up with some spices using a sous vide to slow and low cook them. Then onto the grill to sauce them up for a few minutes, yowza!
