Exotic Meat

Very nice sausages and a nice change from the usual Spicy or English sausages which are also good. Recommended.

Juicy but lean meat, very healthy.

Let’s be honest, I just bought it the first time for the novelty. I was having a barbecue with friends and thought it might be fun and, fingers crossed, at least a bit tasty. Everyone but the pickiest eaters (who wouldn’t even try) really liked them. The seasoning blend is an absolute winner, and the texture of the meat was really nice. Have ordered again.

Its hard to find Kangaroo meat over here so I'm so glad the meat guy stocks it!! I love these in a burger but they are also excellent if making a rich meaty bolognese sauce (when broken up) or a cassoulet!! Perfect for adding that richness and gamey flavor. My son loves them!!

These little delightful bites of crocodile were amazing. Delicious and easy to cook up. Indeed, as the serving suggestions say, pineapple was a great combination!
