Been a LONG time since I had Rabbit.
Tender, and fried up just like chicken.

I Killed the Wrabbit! Well Not really but I did fry it *S*
Love it.

My dog is highly allergic to chicken and beef and we bought him rabbit from meat guy on advice from our vet. He loved it and the product is shipped frozen and fresh. Delivery is super fast and always on time. Thank you very much for such amazing product. I recommend highly

初兎肉に挑戦。
鶏肉似のさっぱりとした風味で、しかしコクもあり、
素焼きしただけで十分美味しく頂けました。

塩と砂糖だけで味付けし、丸ごと煮込みました。柔らかく絶品、骨からもいい出汁が出て、スープまで本当に美味しかった。

とても綺麗なお肉で臭みもなく、またクセもなく非常に使いやすいです。
トマトと一緒に白ワインで煮込みましたが
、友人もペロリと平らげました。笑
ウサギということであまり慣れ親しみはありませんが、イベント事にはこちらのお肉はぜひオススメします！周りの人たちもテンション上がると思います。

Well, I grew up eating raised rabbit. I guarantee it is the healthiest meat on the planet! The Meat Guy in Nagoya is my supplier in Japan and I am so grateful. Used to orde whole rabbit but unfortunately no longer available. However, The Meat Guy is able to get me some rabbit leg. Thank you! うさぎ～　食べたことないぞー、と購入してみて
古くからのお友達を呼んだお茶会で、うさぎのパイにして出しました。
「ピーターのお父さん」のパイです。
イギリスのレシピを探して、シードルで煮込んでホワイトソースでパイにしたてましたが、柔らかく美味しくしあがり、友人にもとても好評でした。
味は鶏肉っぽくてくさみもなく、食べやすかったです。

I roasted them in the oven with some apples and veggies, topped with a bit of apple cider. Tender, juicy and delicious. Definitely made my Japanese friends who were a bit iffy about eating rabbit do a 180.

The legs were larger than expected and loaded with meat. We used a rosemary/garlic/lemon marinade for 1 hour and grilled on the BBQ for about 30m to cook all the way through. The flavor was great, and we used the bones to make a nice rabbit stock that we used for soup another day. Would definitely buy again.

These rabbit legs and thighs are great. Good size and a good flavor. I hunted and raised rabbits for meat back in the day and I can say these are good.
