These are so easy to make. Just put on your favorite rub and or maybe some lemon zest and juice and thyme and roast for 1 hour at about 180 deg C. I usually toss them in BBQ and wing sauce when they come out and they are so good!! So glad they are also raised locally. Recommended!!

こちらの鶏肉は初めて購入しましたが、
しっかりとした身でプリプリしてて美味しかったです。ミートガイウィングソースをボトル購入していたのでチキンフライにして最後にウィングソースと絡めて最高でした！オススメします。普段使いやお祝い、イベントにも相性良いかと。

These are a great buy. My wife puts them in her original marinade and we cook them in the air fryer. Can’t go wrong. I can’t count how many times we’ve ordered these.

Excellent quality. Plump, no odd tendons tethering your teeth. I marinated then in a shoyu, tobanjan, sugar/honey, mirin mix (after defrosting) for 24 hours. Super delicious.

片栗粉を軽くはたいて、ノンフライヤーでこんがり焼いたあとに、オリジナルウィングソースにまぶして、バッファローウィングを作ります。
ノンフライヤーにほとんど脂肪は落ちず、さすが錦爽鶏！普通の鶏肉とは違いますね！
