Nice cut of beef! Can't go wrong with this beef at all, grilled or fried! The taste = many repeated orders!

初めてのグラスフェッドビーフサーロインを購入しましたが
柔らかく美味しかったです。
焼き加減はレアで食しましたがちょうどよかった。また食べたいです♪

パサつきや固さが気になりました。

サーロイン２７０ｇ、かなりのボリュームです。
今回孫が急遽家に来る事になりお肉好きなんで早速冷蔵庫に移動して半解凍、その後常温に戻す。
脂身と筋をカットする。
塩胡椒、ガーリックをして寝させてから焼く！
柔らかいで臭みなく美味しいです。

We smoked our ribs using TMG rub and unbelievably delicious. Just bought 4 more orders!!!!!

I have to say the tenderness and flavor was great. Buying it on sale is a better plus, the only downside I have, is that the fat cap left on the steak was a little thick for my liking.
