    Have this for a quickly prepared dinner: a bit of MeatGuy seasoning, a dash of ginger shoyu and a quick sear in a cast iron skillet. It's usually very tasty and generally quite tender. At times you do get a bit of tendon or unchewable muscle as it's a tenderized cut of meat so I won't serve it on special occasions. But will definitely continue to order for family use.
