I cooked this over a gas grill as slowly as possible, added the barbecue sauce with a bit of smoked hickory and finished it foil-wrapt in the oven.

電気圧力鍋を使って煮込み時間をレシピの1/4にして作りました。もっと時間をかけても良かったかも知れないけれど充分柔らかくできました。難点はたまたまかも知れませんが脂身が多かったこと。最後にまだあると思っていたら全部脂の塊だったのでがっかりでした。
