I bought a 5-pack and was glad I did. This meat is mildly flavorful and can be cooked in a variety of ways. My favorite is stir-fries with veggies, but it`s also great mixed with either the Original Steak Spice or Original Spice, onions, garlic, bell peppers, and other ingredients when making hamburgers, meat loaf, chili, or curry.

I used this to make chicken tacos & chicken laab, a Thai salad with seasoned ground meat. Both packs of ground chicken were tender, juicy, & gristle-free. Since my family enjoyed both dishes, I will be trying this product in more recipes.
