It's hard to find good sausage in Japan, without a doubt. Especially that isn't ultra-processed with chemicals and such. I've had some high-priced Japanese sausage (with the bone in it) that was maybe a little tastier than this, but who knows what's in it. This sausage is delicious, and is spicey enough for most people. The review from "Keiko"... look, if you want super spicey, then quality doesn't matter that much - get it elsewhere. I bet you like a spoon of wasabi on each piece of sushi too. If you want THIS sausage spicier, note that this is raw and you have to cook it anyway. Just cook it in a skillet (maybe slice first) with peppers - fresh or ground. Make it as spicey as you like.

Tasty but not by any means spicy enough. I would suggest throwing some ground red pepper into the mix along with the cayenne pepper.
