We have this most years for Easter dinner and it is always delicious. Our international guest, who loves lamb and has eaten it in many countries, said this is definitely one of the best! Home delivery is a huge time-saver too, so convenient with The Meat Guy.

到着した重量は2.4KG、3日間戸外（夜は-になる）で解凍し、パックのまま2時間ほど温水につけて内部温度を30度まで上げた。タコ糸で整形、塩コショウなどシーズニングして、戸外の竈(風）炉で3時間かけて(薪で間接炙り）56度に焼いた。羊臭さ一切感じられず、さっぱりした風味で一人200G以上食べた。残りはナヴァラン、カスーレにしようと考えている。
